this one is just out on violent turd. Former Pittsburgh kid now back home in Amhurst, DEV/NULL, with his first full 12". If you've heard him play his live sets in the past year or so, this is his prime-slot raveparty material that literally rocked slam-core kids across europe. Take the trend of re-sampling mid-90's rave hits to its absurd and ultimate conclusion combining them with brutal chaotic micro-sliced splatterbreaks and you've got this 7 track EP. Appropriately named tracker-style titles like "rave1" "rave2" "rave3"... The whole thing is tounge-in-cheek but also knows that it slams. |
