why is EP7 not on the list? or cichlisuite?

i have no idea how you could leave those two off of the
list

cichlisuite is one of the most enterprising albums ever to
me, it does not get that fresh or original anywhere else,
same goes for ep7

cuz they are eps.

ep7 is like a straight shot all the way through
lp5 has a changing pace

because ep7 on CD is actually 2 eps

it is ep7 parts 1 and 2.

they are available as seperate 12's.

thus they qualify as 2 eps as part of 1 whole.

is that what seperatese an LP from an EP?

when you listen to ep7, theres a noticable change when you
come to the end of the first part and beginning of the
second.

no, but I'm just saying. what tibbar said is probably more
of a reason.

what seperates an ep and lp is this:

back int he day when vinyl was it and singles were the norm
(albums were special collections basically), there was long
play and extended play.

extended play means a long single.

long play means a full length recording.

hopew that clarifies.

yeh, i didnt get it at first either... thoguht it was a dumb
joke on their part... but yeh.

i believe track 6 is the beginning of part 2.

if you isten with that in mind, it makes alot of sense,
stylistically.

7.1 -> tracks 01-05
7.2 -> tracks 06-11

I would like to get these very badly. The artwork alone is
worth it.

I felt like I was kicking myself in the nuts making a clear
pick for this poll. Just to be polite I'm going to listen
to all albums except what I voted for during the coming
week.

oo yes, each vinyl is 4 ... pounds or whatever on warpmart.

do british people have a 'pound' key where the dollar sign
is?

definitely it does

ep7.1 part is more streetwise

ep7.2 is is more fibrous, and more like "performance"
electronic

(i fucking despising describing their music in words, its
straight up retarded and always sound like shit)

no, i getcha... part 1 seems more... rdj acid style or
soemthing, and part 2 is VERY cerebral kinda experimental
type intense like dreamy stuff.
