No I don't mind you asking questions :-). What I'm saying is
I respect the fact that if people don't want to answer
particular questions about private stuff then thats cool.

If I had seen this before my forgiveness I might not have
been so forgiving. I made it perfectly clear that I
disliked you for begin a prick though didn't I? I don't see
where the hypocrasy comes in there. Unless you meant teapot
who already explains he didn't realise he couldn't unban you
when you had calmed down.

I think best to leave it. I've got my view and you (and
others) have yours. I think for me to just simply say
something which placates others would be dishonest. I felt
that I was banned unfairly thats my view. Others on that day
should have been banned too because they were being just as
'provocative' and also on the basis that Teapot outlined
(thats is further use of el o el).

I don't doubt that different moderators are prejudiced for
and against different people on the board and thats why I
got banned (by Teapot) as oppose to others. What happened
happened, I may not agree with it, but its the mods site and
so their choice.

You started a thread specifically with the intention of
causing trouble. Tune and Phobia have made it clear in the
past that bans are automatic in those cases.

offline promo from United Kingdom on 2004-04-09 19:36 [#01137261]

Now here is my point. I'm not saying anything to provoke.
Why doesn't horsefactory get banned? The guy is clearly
bugging me thats all he has been doing since I came back
onto the board. Can the mods tell him to quit or ban him.

Because this is not the "If you bug promo you will be
banned" board.

What can I do :-(?

"Conflict is an important social force among online
communities, as it assists in the construction of
hierarchies and social orders without the need for prior
knowledge of individual participants or other forms of

others."

Not my words, umm, someone else's, evidently with too much
time on their hands.

dude, you were being a dickhead, i banned you as a warning,
planned to unban you in 10 minutes but realised i couldnt.

im the nicest mod here, i never ban people, i rarely close a
topic, etc etc

despite the fact that you deserved a ban, which the other
mods would have given you and not thought twice about it, i
shouldnt feel guilty, but i did, but now your whinging has
annoyed me. so now im glad i banned you.
