from me and corticalstim to you. he composed the melody,
and of course i participated with my usual mathematical
drumthuggery. this track is in 3/4 time.

i have so many things to say
1) i know a guy and his last name is scarborrough
2) i like how you can tell that you looped some silence in
the drum line that comes in at 1:14 (i think)
3) i dont like the drums that come in at 2:00 because they
sound too preset

thats all for now, taa taa!

I like it, it sounds like a cross between the music from
classic 70s childrens television like Bagpuss or The
Clangers given a reeeeeeeeeewind. And that makes me wet.

i like it but i think the work in track could be condenced
into a 3/3:30 length track

Is this a variation on "Scarborough Fair", then? Listening
to it now...

*LATER, BACK AT THE YARD*

Well, I kind of liked it, and kind of didn't like it. I
thought the instrumentation should have changed as the track
progressed... the same little synthetic instruments for the
full four minutes got a little dull, and then the percussion
began to drown out the melodies. But, it was quite quirky
and hinted and personality at times.

it is Landstalker, from Sega Genesis, an excellent game.

Funny you should mention Alundra - the creator of that game
was highly influenced by Landstalker.

The guys who made Landstalker also made the first Shining
Force.

Well done Oddioblender & corticalstim, this track is a great
blend of your styles. oddioblender's usual hard
"drumthuggery" , and the more mellow string melody of
corticalstim work nicely.

There were parts where the drums came over a bit strong but
turning down the subwoofer soon sorted that out.

Cheers.
