i just got the bogdan cd "myloveilove" and sent w/it was Metamatics-"SpookTinsel Shoal" its released on hydrogen dukebox records in 2000 its says "...norris sursued his passion over the subsequent years, absorbing the intelligent techno artists such as The Black Dog, Autechre and Boards of Canada and developing his own unique strain" its a really great 10 track cd, you should check it out im gonna check out/buy his other stuff *it reminds me a lot of boards of canada |

Yeah metamatics is pretty cool... kinda glitchy, kinda funky, kinda yummy. Not got that emotional BoC vibe though. I think my favourite track is "giant sunflowers swaying in the wind." It's nice. |
