Outrun and Afterburner are the best arcade games ever!

There used to be this black and white 4-player racing game
in 2D that ruled, but I haven't seen one in years.

I've checked in from time to time, but as of lately I'm not
coming here as much as I used to.

Thanks for the pancakes they look yummy.....do you have any
more lemon juice for them?

Yes.

There are so many details that have been kept from the
previous edition. Such as the map of the levels, from easy
to difficult. How the end of the level splits and you choose
which way to go....great stuff it is!

Time Crisis 3 = The awesomest arcade game at the moment
IMO.

So much better than the previous in the series. This still
hasn't misplaced Point Blank as "the best gun game of all
time", but it is the closest to doing so...

Is that the game you were playing on the machine next to me,
whilst I was on Outrun2?

Yeah, the gun game me and Richard were playing.

Sadly, they've still not implemented a two player
Duel/Deathmatch version. I've been wanting that since TC 1.
One pedal to stay in cover, one to advance. It'd be awesome.

The guns seemed very good, from what I could see.

Arcade's are pretty much dead in North America, it seems.
Sega's got a nice stranglehold on them overseas, though.
They've always made awesome arcade games.

I remember the really old Outruns... many years before Grand
Theft Auto, you could actually change radio stations to
listen to all kinds of music on one of the old one's for
Genesis. Spiffy like a fox.

It's an XBox game in an arcade cabinet (sort of, it was
developed on Chihiro the XBox based board)... and is very
soon to be an XBox game on an XBox and PS2 and possibly
GamePube

It plays excellent. Very good handling. I still can't seem
to get past the third level in 'Outrun' mode. :(

And a new Space Harrier.

Speaking of Sega, I just bought Otogi- Myth of Demons, about
10 minutes ago. Can't wait to pop this gorgeous sucker into
the SexBox. It looks good beside Panzer Dragoon Orta.

Sega 4ever.

Wow! Is the new outrun using the Burnout game engine as I
once heard a while back?

I can't wait for Burnout 3!

(and Timesplitters 3 but that's next year.)

i picked this up on the cheap last night for my xbox, and i
already have five and a half hours on it -- those 101
missions are a frustrating joy.
