decided today to seek professional help for myself. y'know, it took alot to actually get me to come to terms with the fact that I am suffering from major depression (five years). people today think they can handle their own cognitions, using every defense mechanism out there to deter their true feelings from reality. i say fuck it, who fucking cares what other people think? its too bad that depression holds a stigma of weakness and "insanity". in today's society, we deal with alot... too many standards to live up to, sometimes, everything gets built up with no release valve. my advise, fuck the norms, who's really "normal" anyways? seek help, find some insight, gets some good advise, and stop the suffering. the only person who can help you is you. after 2 suicide attempts and day-to-day bouts with rejection and isolation... i've decided to end it all, through professional aid. you should too if you feel this way. |

you could use a happier avatar, instead of the gun to the head you need to love yourself, for what you are first, dont worry about mommies or daddies presumptions of what you should be or how manly society wants you to be, or that the rookie football player makes more then a 15 year teacher iloveyoubigguy (tas) |

i am coming to terms with this, i find it important for others to really find some insight, stop hurting those around you, grow up and see the endless possibilities. this is more of a positive message from someone not so positive |

cheer up dude find whqat you like in life and go with it there are lots of pressures in life, deal with them (possitively) lots of people are like sheep and dont have their own mind and our goverment does dum things people have false idols and act stupid and buy shite at stores they dont need, jsut more clutter in the house, they dont even want it, its just fills a temproary void, what a joke ! love life mate, recycle |
