I'm reading a Captain Beefheart biography, and he used to sell vacuumcleaners in the desert, well in the town where he lived, I mean, which is in the desert. anyway, the story is he sold one of them to Aldous Huxley. apparently he rang the doorbell, mr Huxley opened, Don van Vliet introduced himself and then indicated the vacuum, while saying "Sir, this machine sucks." HA HA HA HA furny. |
