Gescom: Vinyl to CDs?

Does anybody know if there are people out there who have
recorded CDs of Gescom material straight off the vinyl (not
mp3s or .wavs. I'm talking recorded DIRECTLY from the actual
recording)? I'm curious if anybody has attempted this, for
whatever reasons...

by this, you mean something other than recording the vinyl
onto the computer and then burning it on to cd, right?

There's probably some FLAC recordings out there somewhere. I
haven't got any though, sorry.

my god..... recorded DIRECTLY from..... from VINYL??
youre insane

can anyone recommned gescom tracks with slower, more minimal
beats? something trip-hopish is what im imagining but
anything like that is good...

"Cicada" from their first EP might be what you're looking
for...though Gescom is not exactly "trip-hoppish"

"go sheep" is quite minimal

Not direct to CD... I did record my gescom vinyl to my PC
using 16bit/44khz WAV format then burnt to CD though.

I cut a 12" down to CD size...made the hole in the middle
bigger and spray painted it silver.

Didn't really work though.
