i haven't played quake online yet
to be honest, i'm not sure how to connect to a public
server.

the only games i've done online multiplayer with are:

Half-Life (OpFor,Blue Shift,vanilla)
Quake III Arena

i know that there is a Quakeworld thingy for Mac OS X, i
just dunno how to go about using it

i hate playing Quake III Arena online though - too many
people are using custom maps and shit, and when I wanna play
a game of Quake III online, I don't wanna have to wait 5 or
10 mins just so it can download some stupid fucking mods or
something - I just wanna have a fragfest, unclouded by silly
little add-ons and user maps

yeah im getting a powerbook. I think im getting 15".
Whichever is the middle size. Gonna get it from the states
though, WAY cheaper at the moment.

yeah, the 15" one is the middle one

i'm not too sure about voltages and stuff.....they might be
wired for 110 volts, instead of our 240......and the
keyboard layout will be different for sure.

if you want a really cheap place for Mac stuff, and the do
music stuff too, try

Jigsaw24

you might have heard of them, I get all my stuff from them,
they're great :)
