 | it's good, and she sounds good because you can hear her thinking at the same time that she's speaking, and you can
hear the connection between herself now and then, and it's
like a thin wire, and when it vibrates, it hums at a
frequency that is the tonal center of the song.

 | ..in em and they were long and clear and there were lots of stars, at night
and when it would rain they would all turn
'n they were beautiful skies as a matter of fact.
the sunsets were purple and red and yellow and
on fire and the clouds would catch the color everywhere
thats 'um neat because we used to look at them all the time
 and, ya don't see that.

you might still see it in the desert.

 | I'm not impressed with the Orb, I've owned albums of thiers off recomendations but it's all tripe, I think the only
track I liked was a track called Assasin which is nothing
like Fluffy Clouds. I think they got away with making alot
of average stuff cos thier audience were...... how should I
put it?......... not in a natural state of mind ;]

If anyone can prove me wrong by recomending me an Orb track
that actually lives up to the hype I will listen with an
 open mind.

 | i also don't like most of ORB's stuff accept:
The Orb's adventures beyond the ultraworld (double album
 version)

 Orbvus Terrarvm

other than that, their other albums have a few tracks here
and there i like but not more than say 2 per album.

The Orb's adventures beyond the Ultraworld is an album that
went on many LSD journeys with me and i've always thought it
was their absolute best work. everything else was a bit of
a let down after that for me.

 | i guess what ruins it for me with the Orb is that it's just a bit too silly at times. i understand it's supposed to be
silly, but i think it is silly in an annoying way and not in
 a necessarily a listenable way.

also, onetime, i was listening to Pomme Fritz on the
downside of a 14 hour trip and the album made me puke. i
pretty much never listened to it again after that.
