bbydhyonchord

why do i never hear this song get mentioned on drukqs
related threads?

it's in league with flim, IZ-US, AlbertoBalsalm. it's maybe
simpler and shorter, but it's got that same aphex-magic
melody sound.

i love that track and i agree it's underrated. I think
Gwarek2 is maybe underrated too

i had a quick listen to remind myself, and I never thought
before but it does sound a bit similar to IZ-US, I wonder if
it's from around the same time.

No one talks about Beetles, it is an amazingly simple but
beautiful song

bbydhyonchord though

The fact that this thread exists makes it impossible for the
track to be underrated. Wooooooeeeeeeeooooooooooooooo.

Cornish Acid is. It's beautiful in its sheer simplicity, and
the melody or whatever the fuck it is just SWINGS. My
fav'rit Eye-Dee-Em track ever.

Cornish Acid or Bbydhyonchord?

Cornish Acid is pretty complex

I never thought it was complex at all, really simple
''arrangement'' and it doesn't mutate much over the course
of the track. But that's just me. It almost seems
unfinished, but I don't mind.

'white blur 1' or CD1, Track 11 (Track 12 on the UK version)
of SAW II.

Creeped out as hell. Heavily-distorted voices and a
rapidly-shifting volume of slow wind chimes hover over a
throbbing undercurrent of low-end white noise.

Make its point and disappears just as quietly and quickly as
it came in.

That track is one of his best, most-perfect synergies of
beautiful and disturbed sounds.

i just want to point out, that i'm not really seeking for
your opinions on what aphex's most underrated track is. i
just want to know how you feel about 'bbydhyonchord', i want
to see if other care as much as i do. (no pun intended
...haha)

you can ofcourse mention what you think is his most
underrated track, but i'd like you to comment on
bbydhyonchord first and forthmost.

On topic, I don't really like Bbydhyonchord that much,
especially in the context its in. It sticks out like a sore
thumb on that album, and it feels like more of a sketch. But
I guess that's part of the appeal. Had potential, but not
one of my favorites.
