New stuff from your neighborhood Blender
Tic Tac Terror My attempt at making something kind of glitch-hop. Very dark, and a tad noisy.
The Gigas Comes to Destroy Something i just finished yesterday. I took some drumloops from my old videogame remixes and incorporated them into this short, thick track. A imaginary dollar goes to anyone who can name the game where i got the chord sample from, and the drumsamples at the beginning.
Gus Does Breakcore v2 This isn't new, but Jazembo was looking for it, so I put it up for him.

gus does breakcore is really nice.
tic tac terror is sounds a bit too basic melodically, or maybe just the sound used, not a major fan of this one.
please please please develop the non- beat work to the same level as the beats. It is really the only thing that could be criticised in your music.
Enjoyable as always...nice one mister :D

yes, i'm working on that slowly but surely. the problem is finding inspiration for the melodies.

Thanks for putting 'Gus does breakcore' back up Gus.
'Tic tac terror' gave a good feeling of darkness but I thought the beginning was a little long, nice distorted beats. I thought those 3 notes were going to get a little repetative but was glad to see you added some variation after a little while. For me it all kicked off about 1:55, it is always the old 8 bit melodies that do it for me in your tracks :). The ending was a bit sudden also.
'The Gigas Comes to Destroy' , this is just great, from start to finish this track had me. I like your description of it being 'thick' I can definitely hear that. I have no idea what game you sampled from, you will have to give some clues I think, maybe a hangman thread is in order (1 letter limit per member!).
Nice work!

'Gus Does Breakcore' is quite good beatwise. I think the beats become quite repetative and musically it needs something to lift it more. One of your better tracks I'd say. My main criticism would be the beats just come across as very samey throughout your track and there isn't too much funk element to catch onto. Musically it needs more it just sounds too flat as the track goes on its needs some brightness added to the notes or some extra notes. Also your drums beats just smash you straight in the face they need more build up. You know they just hit you like wam! They need slowing down in parts and building up in others you know to get that feeling of increased intensity etc etc.

I posted my comments in the wrong thread oddi, not that you probably want to read it. Anyway here it is.
'Tic Tac Terror' is for me the best track I've heard from you for a while. The notes I like a lot. I think the synth sound you're using needs fatening definitely though. For me
it looses its way with the silly notes you use later on in the track though. And a lot of notes here and there are out
of sync and need to be quantised. Strong beginning but looses it half way I'd say. For me it needed more intensity
instead of decending into silly sounds/notes.

i quite like gigas comes to destroy, nice melody and beats are great, and i like the beats in gus does breakcore, pretty fine! :)
I didnt love tic tac terror, but i didnt hate it, i just think it might need a bit more warmth or something. It just feels a little tight to me. Its probably supposed to be that way, but its jsut my opinion :) ill listen to them more in the next few days on the way to uni.
