Your state of mind determines the music

I think this would be very cool if it was creating original
and unique music directly from your brain.

If they could give the system a huge database of sounds and
instruments and then assign brain patterns to them that
would be awesome would it not?

Yeah..I'd like to see what kind of patterns my brain came up
with.. Probably some really demented stuff. Lol..or some of
the most beautiful music ^_^

sounds cool...

its true that you have to be relaxed and pretty 'still' to
appreciate more complex music though... but this system sort
of cheats..... measureing your relaxedness and then the
computer reveals the music for you? i dont get what thats
supposed to show or prove....? interesting though..... it
would be cool to try..

I agree that the current research is a bit of a cheat, but
think of the potential. I would like to see it used to
create new music and not just to have your mood changes
enhanced.

Jazembo,

Yeah this is no surprise to me.

Anyway are you in a good state of mind? If so I've got a

I think this shit is all pretty obvious one way or another.
I like to analyse my emotions and be aware of what I'm
feeling and how I react to different things based on that. A
lot of research on many subjects doesn't surprise me much I
deduce a lot of it already based on the logic of it, the
need, etc etc. Mmm doesn't that sound pretentious but
honestly I'm just being honest.
