I read about IDM in a Marie Clare review of a Royksopp CD
and now I love it.

I've been lurking here for quite a while just looking around
for any conversation or information about autechre.

because you can get the same kind of sonic fuckery for free
from tons of ekters/xlters, theres really not much there
but i guess I shoulda first asked if you liked smojphace,
cuz then you're most likely able to delude yourself ino
liking anything

btw: i'm not saying you're a dummy or anything close, i
actually like to listen to air conditioners and shit, so if
you really like it then I dig

offline rogu rarebit from beggin' for leggings on 2004-03-06 02:03 [#01101113]
Points: 2164 Status: Regular

nah i don't like smojphace. i do like noise and drone and
stuff, when done right.

maurizio bianchi... hafler trio, jim o'rourke... that's what
i can think of right now... should i name specific records?

man, i gotta go to bed soon.. my brain is starting to shut
down, hence all the dots in this

I thought the ae/h30 thing was alright. It had some
interesting sounds but I'm glad it's not one of the releases
I've paid for. Right now I think I have every autechre
release after garbage, but I have a couple that are on
nothing and I'd like to get the warp releases at some
point.

I enjoy boards of canada, aphex twin, venetian snares and
squarepusher as well... pretty standard for this board, I
think :)

oh, and I think run the place red rules, but ktpa1 and 2 are
just noise to me.
