damn i love ilm festivals! there is one here this month and
there are loads of great films, but its so damn expensive!
There is also a screening of a surprise film, i'm guessing
its Battle Royale 2 but it could be Kill Bill 2 (maybe its a
bit too mainstream though).

anyway these are the films i've decided are MUST SEE films:

Swallowtail Butterfly
A Page of Madness (silent Japanese film)
Zatoichi (new Takeshi Mike film!)
Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter...
The Last Emperor (directors cut)
Shangri-la

there are more but I haven't really sorted out what i'm
seeing out of them yet. Any of you seen any of those, what
did you think?

i always go and see as many films as possible when the
festival takes place over here...the selection is awesome -
i spend up to 7 hours / day in theatres during
festival...probably if i didn't have to go to work i'd spend
more :)

i thought there were more film lovers here? Anyway i'm also
going to see Northfork which really looks interesting, it
stars James Woods and Daryl Hannah.

check out the trailer it looks really good

yeah it looks pretty good. i enjoyed twin falls idaho.

stockholm film festival is quite lovely. i go every year.
