Where can I find (or get) piano transcriptions of some of
the songs from Drukqs (Avril 14th, Jynweytehk Ylow, etc). I
am looking for GOOD transcriptions, not easy beginner stuff.

You have to have 12 fingers to play Avril 14th

I worked out Avril 14th so it can be played. I just used the
midi and when it came to the impossible bits I worked out
something else that my hand didn't disagree with so much.

you don't have to have 12 fingers to play avril 14. if you
are referring to the sheet-music of it somewhere around
here, it is wrong. if you play while listening to the song,
you'll discover that the parts where there are octaves
above, which aren't actually that hard to play. I learned it
that way before playing along with the song, when I noticed
that there is actually only ONE part being played.. the
higher one.

it can be done, and considering avril 14 was the first real
song i learned to play on the piano, and that i've only been
playing for.. two years or something, it can't be too hard,
neither.

the trouble is the beat on kesson daslef. there are triplets
along with normal /16, /8 and /4 notes. that's hard when you
are self taught.

after teaching myself avril14, visan från utanmyran, karma
police and Mad World (the gary jules-version...), I'm
currently practising scales. to get correct pressure and
technique when moving up and down on the keys.

Thanks all for the replies.

I've been playing for 11 years so these songs shouldnt be
too difficult. I can't wait to get to that bench...
