There should be plenty of display drivers on your windows
disk. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer then you
can visit the windows updte site to obtain the lastest
drivers automatically for your hardeware.

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Hope this helps

I would try your WIN98 CD first though.

Do you know how to update a driver in windows through My
Computer etc?

I have had this problem but normally I know where the driver
is to sort it. If it is not on the Win98 CD then your best
bet would be to either check the site i mentioned before (it
will scan all your hardware and give you a list of any
driver updates available to you) . Or if this fails then,
as jand said, you will need to find the manufacturers site
and get the latest driver from them.

My computer crashed hardcore too, I just got back on after a
couple days of no luck. My hard-drive was making weird
noises and then locked up and crashed. Then it wouldn't
boot up and wouldn't recognize the harddrive. After
filddling around I finally ordered a new one today. I was
messing around again trying all sorts of shit and
inexpicably, it booted up!

But now my USB doesn't seem to be working, my mouse isn't
working.

Is it a virus or some shit?

I thought I was going to lose everything, but fortunately
everything is still there on my HD.

check the system-thigie in the control-settings. check both
your screen and your screencard. if either one doesn't have
a name, go to the site for the manufacturer for that part,
and download a driver (yes, screens need drivers too).
