got a new song up from my album 'esperanto' called ilo.
like the rest of the album, its pretty soundscapish/ambient
stuff. review and bash as normal please.

ilo

Im really enjoying Manki

what makes your music good is that it has a sort of emotion
to it.

allot of the music ive been making lately is thoughtless and
empty.

good stuff, ill listen to the rest too.

listening now. I will give you a full review featuring my
very own meanings about each track when I'm done.

(taking into consideration that I'm using some old Panasonic
headphones)

Ilo:
It is a good song. Very long, but it carries itself though.
Lots of interesting things going on. Like the different
sounds you've used for bringing the melody.

I don't like the "squwip" sounds in your drums, and the
drums all seem to come from a little bit to the right...
maybe you should spread them a bit more? Also; after the
song has gone for two thirds, you should try changing the
drum sounds.. try just using the same track, but create
another track as well. run the new track through distortion
(if you got reason, the scream-distortion on fuzz or
electronic (or whatever that is called) setting will make a
good second drum-track) to make the drums stay as
interesting as the rest of the song.

Manki:
Once again, this song has lots of things going on, and I
like songs where you don't necessarily hear everything the
first time you listen to it (the song still has to be good,
though)!

It seems to be off-beat at certain points, though.

Tutaj:
First thing that pops into my mind when it starts:
"FRUITYLOOPS!" Even if the drums aren't made in fruity, they
sound fruity.

you could shorten each part of the song, and it would still
work...

Flos:
There wasn't all that much going on here.

Raba:
I love what you've done to the voice here! (tell me how!
please!), but I'm sensing a lack of bass in this song. it
probably wouldn't fit into an album all that good.

thanks alot for the comments, theyre all very helpful. the
idea to distort or somehow effect the drums in ilo is a good
sudgestion. ive been meaning to fix the off beat drum track
for manki. that was some good listening in tutaj because
the drums are ideed fruity (as are all the others) but i
personally like the sound of them. flos and raba are meant
to be kind of transition tracks between the bigger songs.
and the voice part in raba is just a vst instrument called
"delay lama" which is free somewhere (im sure you can find
it on google) and as you can see its very cool sounding.
