as others have said. your doctor's probably taken you off the meds because youre relying on them too much to sort you out. change has to come from you. my guess is he doesnt think youre trying - in which case, the meds arent going to you any good. every time i log on to xlt theres a new thread by you drawing attention to what youre going through at the moment. but you never mention anything positive that youve tried to do to make yourself happier. getting psychiatric help is a two way thing. your doc can't just give you pills to fix you. you have to make them work for you. |
