Self discipline, failing that: i) Spend your money on essentials (like food etc.) as soon as you get it so it's not sitting in your bank tempting you. ii) Don't go into record stores. iii) Politely decline when your friends ask you to go record shopping with them. iv) Learn how to use Kazaa and Soulseek. |

yeah I usually buy a lot of records during small periods of the year, after that mounths pass without me buying (that is me listening to the records I bought ;) As long as I have cash over and think spending them on music is a good thing I'll keep buying records. But I am serious on the vinyl, I haven't bought vinyl in a couple of years but some good music is released only on vinyl, and vinyl is the groove. (I stopped buying after I moved out of my parents place, and I don't own a recordplayer myself). |
