Depression usually comes with boredom. Boredom comes with the western way of life. There are not many alternatives to that. |

Somehow I don't think that is the reason. Maybe you are just too stressed out. Maybe you just need to take a break. I probably wasn't very precise but the word depression describes a very specific feeling of despair. |
