Dreadlocks, yay or nay

I'm thinking about getting dreadlocks, and was wondering
whats invloved, I've heard it's fairly painful, which I
don't really give a fuck about, but I'd still like to know
what they do to get it like that, whether or not it'll stay
like it is, or whether it frays back to normal hair, and
whether or not I can easily put hair colour into my
dreadlocks

I'm thinking of getting them done in red, blond, and black,
spread randomly with each dreadlock one of those colours, I
think the effect would be awesome

think this venture is worth it?

I've seen them look "clean" and "neat" before

my brother also had them sort of "mended" onto his short
hair professionally,... they were synthetic, and went down
to his waist, when he had them tied back it looked "neat and
tidy" but still cool

My hair started to knot together into something resembling
dreads a while ago. It was gay. I kept pulling them apart.
Bloody gay, it was.

for dreads!

I think it'll look better if your hair was longer dude.

My mate got dreadlocks. They all fell out within a week and
they wouldn't give him his money back. What a con.
