yeah I don't think I'd buy the album... although who knows, I've bought some pretty crappy albums in my time... but the song was pretty alright, and the video was pretty cool... The Chemical Brothers are obviously a pop electronica group... pretty much... the music is catchy, and enjoyable to a certain extent, but if I bought the album I think I'd definately tire of it pretty fast... I fear that's what's gonna happen with the Groove Armada album I'm getting for Christmas... :) |

i listen to dig your own hole alot in the car. i must admit they are the only group that capitalized on a certain sound that i still like. |

with me personally, I'm not against pop music (except bubble-gum pop) but I do find that most pop music is enjoyable for a bit, and then it gets to the point of being unlistenable... Most of the Chemical Brothers stuff I've heard has been like that... enjoyable for a while, then annoying... but the new song, I forget what's called is pretty cool... it's different from what I've heard, so maybe I'd like the album... |
