Hello all, ive recently been having a large amount of agruments with dickheads in this country who dont know anything about music, yet are obssesed by all things dark and gloomy and basically full of shit. Yes, metal. Well ive been repeatedly told that i listen to, ahem 'techno' and while ive tried to explain that i don't, i listen to idm more, they bombard me with ohh that shit on the radio about happiness and synth shit, (im guessing flip and fill or something that smells like edam just as bad) and how its ALL the same. www.phride.com If you click on the forums link you can see what some of these bored spoilt teens get up to. I just want to grab all of them, sit them down and say GROW THE FUCK UP YOU FUCKING WANKERS. i thought it would be interesting to hear that Dubai has a pretty hardcore rock scene,and how most of them are dicks, and how im probably the only person in the this city who actually likes any sought of experimental music. |
