Anyone know anything about the Acid Planet releases.

All i could find was this:

"Acidplanet started back in '94 as a Bunker sub label to
release the more experimental tracks that were concocted in
The Hague's industrial techno scene. Although initially
mainly a 7" label, the formats soon changed to full-lenghts
albums. Almost every title is completely sold out (like all
old Bunker releases) but they will be repressed gradually.
The last acid planet before the Bunker bankruptcy was 020,
an obscure compilation cassette of which only 50 copies
exist. Acid planet 2000 will be a new series of CD releases
featuring the entire back-catalogue of both Bunker and Acid
Planet and more... " discogs

and some other bits and pieces. Apparently they're being
re-released on cd (cd-r) ... just wondering if they're any
good. eg. ACIDPLANET14 / Funkstörung - Tecno

Don't know to much about the den haag scene but I have the
funkstorung acid planet releases. I found them to be quite
boring. They did release most of them on cd-r I want to say
a few years ago. You can still find them at shops ever once
in a while but I really wouldn't worry about it, there not
that big of a deal. I think funkstorung said something like
those were there first tracks they made learning how to use
there machines.

Bunker is a cool electro label I don't have to much on it
but some legowelt releases. But all the lables around there
are great. I personally like the clone lable the best.
Hope this helps some.

I've a couple of their releases.
You're not missing that much,
pretty raw boring techno...
Nothing special...

I actually own most of them. I'd say I have five or so, And
I have to agree with snAre...

They're boring as hell. Just bland loops that go for minutes
on end.

Not at all like the sound they're known for.

vice versa is boring, somehow they imitate autechre

I like a lot of what they do, though it is obviously pulled
/ inspired by autechre.

Minus the new album, which is very good and shows them as
having really defined their own sound.
