What would MTV be without him, or Stna Brakhage, Oskar
Fishcinger or Norman McLaren. I just ordered his Biogrphy,
and downloaded some of his short films. They are very
stylish even by todays standards

you can get some of Brakhage's stuff on video at warpmart.

not cheap mind you, and as I said, on video, but with the
right equipment that could be transferred to dvd.

it's a 25-minute film that consists of stills, with a
voiceover.

it is what the screenwriters of "12 Monkeys" based their
script on. almost exactly I might add.

even some of the visuals are the same, even though Gilliam
only saw this after he shot "12 monkeys".
