I think one of my teeth is starting to rot on account of crunching something hard and chipping it. It is a molar. Any of you ever have any rotten teeth? How was it resolved? Painful?

one of my teeth went completely rotten. i never bothered going to the dentist for ages, then it started to crumble, bits came out (when i was in the pub, for example). i drunk a lot of brandy & took loads of painkillers for weeks to kill the pain.
eventually i went and had it sorted. when he tried to pull it out it snapped in half because it was rotten. it took him 40 minutes to get the thing out.
