here's what I thunk as I heard Artheet...Beautiful synth work as usual..the mumbling bass is subtle and understated...the beats really shine in this arrangement..scattered, mechanical, unpredictable..everything a good drill'n'bass..should be MunoII..like a followup/expansion on Artheet..The melodies are more elaborate..and the beats are harder more pronounced the snare rushes are very well placed...still unpredicatably good Selimn..hmm..these three work very well as a trilogy...the beats are deeper and fantastic....and the ambience and scapes have taken over from obvious melodie..my favourite of the three but It's not like I dig the other two tracks any less... all in all..the experiments are success mate your work blossoms and expands with every release...keep working on those beats..I might email you and ask for a few tips on dem rushes :) |

Hey .. cheers man - Bugger about the link (works on my computer - but then thats usually the case) - Dang thought I finally got that html thing sussed - oh well. The link incase anyone else is interested - www.mp3.com/polcxd Feedback and/or criticism is much appreciated Oh yeah.. slight aside -- I love the middle of Pillgod (which incidentally is 57 or something on the NZ electronic charts?!) - the subtle synth stuff - love the tune as a whole - but that middle bit just tops it off :) |

hey dallas for some reason the crew wasn't sending me notification of the replies for this thread so I missed em..but now I am caught up like I said excellent songs btw: I am not one to brag wrekhousing was no.1 on New Zealand and 7 on Oceania..hehehe that was the day I posted the thread and all of you went and checked it out....silly that... thanks about pillgod..kinda weird song starts in one direction than takes another train.... I will be downloading deshton and let you know what I think cheers |

no.1 eh? approaching 1000 listens! next thing you'll be appearing on Top of the Pops at 6! :) No seriously: I really dig yer new stuff .. very nice material. Is that new stuff on GSR - or did I just miss it the first time? Don't have regular access to a computer in the next little while, but I'll do some serious downloading in the not too distant future I suspect. |

hey korben hmm I dont really think it takes a 1000 listens on our piddly little kiwi charts.... btw..your own songs are no.7 and then several other places in the Tauranga chart :) I checked.... the gSR material you might be referring to is off plastique...hmm not exactly new, new..but might be something you missed... I d/l deshton..one word..gorgeous...I agree a perfect album closer... |
