and man....it hurts real bad. its my ac joint. did it
playing tennis whilst drunk. took a dive landing right on my
shoulder.

went to hospital yesturday, they said they cant put it back
in. it should just go back into place when the swelling goes
down.

two weeks off work though...

i dislocated my shoulder during a rugby match, my coach
popped it back in before i knew what was wrong.
the throbbing isnt as long as you think tho

"the throbbing isnt as long as you think tho "

was it your coach doing the throbbing as he popped it in?

yeah ive heard you can do that but it depends what joint it
is. the ac joint runs along the top and once it is
dislocated it swells underneath, right where it needs to go
back.

apparently once the swelling is gone it will just go back by
itself. been popping anti inflamitrys like there going out
of fashion.

been like this since thursday night.

ouch T_T

i hope you recover well... does it still hurt a lot? =(

maybe you'll have to do some kinesitherapeutic exercices
too, and wear protective gear....?

you should do like riggs (or murthagh?) from.. those fucking
films I cannot remember the name of. at least the one guy
gets his shoulder dislocated in every one of them, and pops
it back into place by banging it into something.
