I love tetris. It's a classic.
But the interviewer says "not many people know tetris is from Russia". C'mon, everyone knows it's from Russia. It's got the kremlin, the vaguely eastern-european music, the faux-cyrillic text with various letters backwards...
Maybe the newer versions are different...I dunno.

my favourite tetris is the one that looks like the letter 'L', although i do like the square and the long one too. the 'S' really annoys me though.

If it includes the whole controversy about what happened when they sold it to Nintendo (and Rupert Murdoch got it RIGHT in the ass!) then it would make extremely interesting viewing.

Reading that again I think it does include it as if I remember rightly Henk Rogers was the lawyer hired by Nintendo. I read all this in an excellent book about Nintendo's rise to world domination called 'Game Over', I'll have to catch this.
