Groundhog day is Bill Murray's best, with the exception of maybe Lost In Translation which I haven't seen yet (though heard it's excellent). And Bob, to answer your question, the Punxsutawney Festival in PA that is featured in the movie really exists, my relatives that live in PA have been to it! |

The majority of the US population doesn't take the whole groundhog day concept very seriously; it's more of a silly diversion that has little relevance. However, many people in Pennsylvania are hardcore about it, as you see in the movie. I find it rather funny. |

I was just thinking about how I didnt see a thread about Groundhog Day and of course the movie "Like the groundhog Phil?" "Yeah, like the groundhog phil" I got lost in translation and since i bought it ive been getting people saying to me "isn't it boring?" I slap them with the movie "yeah, its boring" no im kdding im just rambling on. good thread miss Emma, oh and I took that make up test yesterday. The good part was my professor left to a meeting so I brought out my notes and reviews and "copied" but it wasnt copying-she left,and i had notes :> PEace! |
