Well, hello there. How are you today? Umm.. sorry about
making a new thread about this. :(

To celebrate not dying for 18 years, I have decided to give
you the opportunity to listen to my remix of Paul F Savage.
Yes, your feedback on this track would be the best
birthday-present ever (also, greatly appreciated). Thank
you.

I must say that I have not heard the original track
(although I have heard Antarctica Vs. The World), and this
actually contains very few of the supplied samples from the
"sample pack." In fact, all I used were the individual drum
"hits" from the loops. Then I added some other things.

Last Ship to Antarctica (Crtbt Remix)

Once again, sorry :(, and thank you. :)

I'll grab it, but the mp3 will disapear when I reboot though
:/

I'm having to use Knoppix (a version of Linux) cause I have
no operating system!

Here goes.

to be honest, I can't be arsed listening a minute in before
you dare do something intersesting... BUT I did, and it's
really avereage. In what way does your 'composition' move
you? It sounds like you're playing some crappy two fingered
chords with FM7. Which emotions were you aiming for? tell
me and I'll give it another go.

i am sorry, but i cannot answer your question very well.
i'm not very good at emotions, except for making these
smilies. :( my best guesses are: dark, sad.

Ok, It's obvious, you spent ages on your avatar,
emoticons'emotinos/ boring electronica! boring music. Why
should we waste time checking your music
?

You are being a little bit confusing. I cannot think of any
GOOD reasons you should listen to this, except I like
getting feedback on my music because it makes me happy that
people listened to my music and might help me improve any
music I might make in the future. Also, I did not spend a
very long time working on my avatar.

I like the arpeggiated synth that comes in at 1:15 - good
contrast to the rest of the track.

At 2:47 the drums back off again and there's a nice
floatiness.

Maybe the distorted glitchy drums could fade out more
often... or swap out the static-snare and slip in a regular
snare with a nice KANG once in a while.

well i enjoyed it, i got a sense of something dark and
mysterious, althought i must say i still prefer the original
:)
