when will this bullshit ever end?

Jim McAuslan, airline pilot's union BALPA
"Our suspicion is that we're jumping at shadows"

that reminds me, my little cousin's supposed to be flying to
nyc on monday. hope she's not too worried + that (if her
flight is disrupted) things sort themselves out asap.
she has a tendency to worry.. +i always find myself looking
out for her, as she's the closest thing i have to a little
sister.

Can't blame her for feeling worried. I think that's exactly
how the Goverments like it.

Flying is so different now...Random trunk searches on the
roadway into the airport...armed guards everywhere...

Before 9/11 I used to go to the airport and take some photos
of the planes talking off. I'm kind of an aviation
enthusiast. But I wouldn't even think of doing that now.
Probably would get held for questioning and have my camera
taken away.

that hapened to a load of british 'plane spotters' a year or
two ago.
i think they were in turkey or somewhere like that. theyd
gone specifically to see certain planes.
it was entirely their fault though. they were warned not to
by the authorites + still went back to take more pictures.
they were arrested + imprisoned on terrorism charges.
turned into a high profile court case to get them brought
back to the uk.

fools..
