Actually I think it was more down the the lack of deeper
sounds in the peice so far...it all seems a little too high
at the moment...translate that into proper musical terms for
me because I am shit at all that stuff :P

It starts a bit too suddenly- not sure if that's because
it's an extract from the middle of what you're working on
though. The brass and strings are good and play against each
other well. The build at 1.10 is really good- it'd be nice
if the really "plinky" instrument (whatever it is- sounds
like a cross between glocks/bottle of water) stopped, at
least for 4 bars when it happened to help the listener focus
on it. Overall though, good work.

yeah, the beggining isnt finished, so I started the bounce
from that point

the plinky sound is first a marimba and a harp, but then at
the build up, it switches to a celesta. Do you think I
should hold the celesta back at first?

Yes, keep the Celesta back for 4 bars then introduce it
gradually (fade up) over say, 12 more bars.

Ignore me. I am typing shit. I just don't really like it.
Just taste I suppose. I have listened to it about 5 times
now and there is something I just don't like about it.
