had to switch from ie, cause its playing up. i know it
might be a little contridictory.....me giving netscape
shit....but.

evrythign looks funny.

the buttons are all 3D....not good.
tags are rendered all fucked up.
and xhtml is not supported to its full extent.

great features though.

you can check out mozilla 1.6, too since it is based on
netscape's navigator, but it is IMO better, though

i have ie, netscape, mozila, and opera.

ie is the most realistic from a designers point of view. at
the moment.

firebird is only the browser portion of the mozilla suite.

hmm, partly different, as far as i know. with firebird you
get only the browser. if you want emailclient too, you need
thunderbird... mozilla has all... browser, emailclient :-)
oh and they have different logo :-)

Netscape doesn't suck really...
I prefer using it to IE. Opera is better (and so is Mozilla
and Firebird and other things you've mentioned) I just don't
have it/them installed... yet.

slimbrowser is using the internet explorer engine. it is
just internet explorer with some new features, but it is
still having its bugs (since it is iE!!!)

on the other hand you can run mozilla without internet
explorer on your pc, and it is not using internet explorer
at all, in contrast to slim browser
