Does anyone here actually own any of the truely rare RDJ material? like abb2 , hab1 and 2, gak etc? the reason i ask is that, i admit, i spent a shit load on HAB2. $125. real nice copy though. I also have HAB1, i bought it for 9 bucks from a little record store here in chicago. its not in the BEST of condition, but it plays. I kinda want to get GAK on cd. i have been debating it in my head for weeks now. but average price is about 70 dollars. and its not his greatest stuff. HAB is worth it, but what do you guys think i should do about GAK? Also, i saw ABB2 for 200 dollars the other day, was tempted cause i really like track 2 and 3, but i just couldnt afford it. anyone else have crazy rare shit? |

Yep, I picked up GAK on CD a couple of years back for about a tenner ($15)...on uk ebay... I think it's really luck sometimes with these auctions; it all depends on who you are bidding against, a lot of items on ebay.co.uk seem to go for lower for things on ebay us...so if you don't mind the hassle of posting stuff, it could be a way of saving a few bucks... |

i dont understand why someone would want to clone the baron. is it because he is so original and creative? that could be why. that would mean the cloner doesn't have any creativity. and everyone loves the baron. |

i think having q-chastic in you collection would dwarf any other collection. its hard to imagine people owning more aphex than that. but, i guess with 3 other collection that would make it difficult to enlarge yer collection at an even greater rate. but still! thats a wicked collection! |
