Well, this is great, I love waking up with the worst pain ever in the back of my throat... This is definately not the kind of sore throat that goes away once you get a drink. Fuck, and of course the day I want to just sleep away the most, I have too much work to do. That's Murphy's law for you, I guess. |

well, I did smoke a fat blunt and a joint, but I think I got it from my extensive make out sessions with this girl I've recently come to be friendly with, over the course of last weekend. She came down with a cold yesterday and it looks like its catching up to me now. |

yeah they are... I've had strep throat so many times in my life that I can usually tell when I have it based on how my throat feels... At this point though I'm not sure, but usually strep throat has a very distinct shitty feel. |

it snowed here on saturday evening, and it got colder as well, although it seemed that it is headed to spring. :( anyway, i love snow, but i think i will get ill soon, too, because i don't care to protect myself of catching a flu |

i've head this stupid cold again for like 4 days now...and it just doesn't wan't to go away. first it was my throat - totally dry, now for the last two days that throat pain went away, but now there's water coming out of my nose all the time. on top of it all i had a dentist appointment today and i can barely open my mouth...i hope it goes aways soon |

that sucks, and I know what you mean about not being able to open your mouth... I've been sick for the past 3 weeks (the cold shifting from throat to lungs back to throat+lungs), and I'm sick of not being able to talk or open my mouth all the way because my throat hurts so bad. :| |

i was sick last week it was awesome not being able to breathe right, concentrate, stop the steady flow of phlegm from my nostrils and lungs, or be able to smoke. i give being sick a 1 out of 10. it gets one point for letting me stay home from work and play video games. |

this is my method: buy "rose hips" pills. 1000mg vitamin c. (something like 1833% of your daily intake). take 2 with every cup of hot tea during the day. drink half a bottle of nyquil and go to bed at 10pm. the next day you'll have alot of phlegm to still get out, but a stuffy nose will be the only thing remaining. sore throat and lightheadedness will be gone. then, what i do is smoke a nice bubbler or bong and blow hits out through your nose. this dries you up. then you can excavate it to your preferred level of air passage. enjoy. |
