well if you're talking about all street fighter characters,
i really like Adon and Gen (from Alpha)... but i'm best with
Ryu (isn't everyone?)

offline The_Funkmaster from St. John's (Canada) on 2004-01-22 20:37 [#01045037]
Points: 16280 Status: Lurker

yeah I have alpha, Gen is cool...

Ken is so much better then Ryu on the alpha version
though... in just about every way...

I also like Sagat, Fei Long, Akuma, and that guy Yun is
really cool too!

I was always fond of BLANCA(sp)...The big yellow guy.
Probably because his moves were so basic and didnt take alot
of technique...BUt fun still.

My favorite all-time SF character is 'Guy' from the Alpha
series. I was really good with him in Alpha 1, since he was
considered the best character in that game, but then was
toned down in Alpha 2 big time, and a little in Alpha 3.
Overall though, I'm probably the best with Akuma. He has
the speed and jugglin ablility of Ken, but the strength and
less lag time of Ryu. Though, his vitality sucks. :[

I gotta keep practicing to get my Guy better :[ A-ism
Dhalsim is a bitch in SFA3.

i use Heihachi's instant fatality and get perfect KO's all
the time and it opens up the bonus boss level where i fight
the invisible Dural and receive the Ultimate Weapon as a
prize.

Yeah, but all that still isn't going to help you beat the
Emerald Weapon which is found at the bottom of the ocean!

I don't much like the characters who you have to hold back,
or hold down for 2 seconds or whatever... those types of
moves are annoying...

I like Sakura... seeing her panties when she kicks turns me
on!

Ha!, when you do the bicycle kick with Chun-Li if you pause
it at the right time you can see that she's wearing thong
panties!

Yeah, those are the "turtle characters" like Guile and
Charlie. There more defensive then offensive thus usually
harder to play, but I've been picking up Remy in Street
Fighter 3 3rd Strike and he's fun to play.

In SF ex 1-3 M Bison.

As Jedi Chris and Funkmaster will tell you, I am unbeatable
with him, mwahaha!

I'm not normally a fan of chun li, but I like her in SF3.
Her fighting style is almost completely different.

Have you played the DC version of dalkstalkers? All the
characters/backgrounds out of the other versions of the
games... a bit like MK Trilogy. Great game.

You are quit good with Bison, but by no means unbeatalbe -
please don't give yourself more credit than you deserve Mr

is adequate in my experience. :P

guile, ken , sagat ,

and zangief is fun too after you work out the
screwpiledrivers,

does anyone know about a pc online version? It would make a
great online game as long as you got a good connection and
controller

mine does Zangief's screwpiledrivers on me, I get so mad :(

Cammy player, ... All the way.

and I play Guy as a hobby. If I start losing, Cammy comes
out.

I don't like Cross-over games, they're too frantic.
IMO, Street Fighter Zero (Alpha) 3 is the best ever Street
Fighter game.
