Does anyone here study Zen at all? In any of its threefold manifestations will do - I just fancy conversing about it.

Mahayana Zen Buddhism is an interesting field--that, and Vajrayana... I think most people who've never really investigated Zen, or have had a very fleeting brush with Zen are familiar with Theravada Zen Buddhism, which is, to me, blunted Zen Buddhism, being that it goes only so far, whilst the other two branches extend all the way to becoming a Buddha :) Theravada, to me, is the one to study if you are merely a scholar, and not interested beyond the intellectual, whilst if a person is interested in practicing Zen Buddhism and serious about attaining Spiritual furtherance, I believe Vajrayana and Mahayana Zen Buddhism are the branches to follow.
