oh boy, here it comes..... the posts, and the software vs.
hardware debate , with the fighting and the cursing and the
biting

MTV Music Generator is inarguably the best software for any
genre of music.

Yes, indeed it is. And I expect you'll get signed straight
away when you send a £30 memory card to each radio station
or record label.

I can't believe you guys are dissing MTV Music Generator,
its what Squarepusher used to make all his beats. I swear.

Ceri JC on 2001-12-09 23:12 [#00059320]

Maybe, but I thought you could only edit existing samples-
not create brand new ones. Also if they're made by more than
1 DJ (the ready made samples) it'd be a pain in the arse to
release legally.

FreakyNinoBrown from usass on 2001-12-09 23:13 [#00059321]

yeah anyone hear that squarepusher vs dj scribble
track?...its off the hook

Ceri JC on 2001-12-09 23:13 [#00059322]

As for the old soft/hardware debate, lets finish it now=
Hardware is generally better if you can afford it, but to
get started use software.

puke socks on 2001-12-09 23:43 [#00059332]

oh! just go on some file sharing program and download all
the software you can i say its saves more money and plus you
have more money for hardware!

Quadrapelegicrobotikev from mp3.com/quadrapelegicrobotik on 2001-12-10 02:13 [#00059362]

there is no way in hell that the MTV music generator program
is a legit program for producing music.
