it'll never happen - they are just too hard to emulate...
you'll have to splash out a ton of money for some gigantic
multi-sampled beast... (when you do, mail me a copy ;)

strings are one of the easiest sounds to emulate. but i
thought he wanted samples not synthesis.

yeah they don't sound good tho.... they sound like
synthesized strings... I've still ot hear a flute sound that
doesn't oscillate madly at the higher register

it'll cost you like 250 pounds for decent ones, and over 500
for good ones, and over 1000 for amazing ones. unlucky.

ps im downloading halion strings from my friend at the
moment. It's only 5 meg (!)... been downloading for 3 days
now. Hahaha.

man... i have a bunch of good strings but there all in
madtracker instrument format. i could possibly sample some
out, but it would be a big job.

let us know how you go, maybe i could get em out for ya.
