..is playing my university on sunday. tix are $40. i am not rich. i am very not rich. and of course if i went, i'd have to buy mushrooms or lsd -- so another $20 right there.. yes/no? |

no, but -- i'm a very picky music listener usually -- i usually always know specifically what i want to be listening to, if at all -- if i drop $40 on a philip glass concert, there's a not insignificant chance i won't care for the music and my attention will keep wandering and i'll catch it wandering and be mad at myself & so on & so on mushrooms/lsd just nurture a tremendous sense of wonder and receptivity to everything.. makes these sort of events much more worthwhile |

if you really aren't sure, i'd say just buy the drugs and sit down with a glass album at home... he seems to tour quite frequently... and you being in vancouver and all, i'm sure you can count on him coming back |

:) i rolled on xtc in high school twice each time i came up while taking a calculus exam got A's on both of them both times, and boy did it piss off the "i dont do drugs" goodie-kiddies in my classroom when i bragged about it. Meh high school, good times. |
