Buy some Kava kava extract or melatonin at your local drug
store, or buy some blue lotus extract from an online vendor.
Blue Lotus extract is definitely the best if you can find
it... (Louisville Botanicals-www.ethnobotanicals.org- always

i've been looking into gettnig pills myself, but i've yet to
try any. i'll let you know if i find one that works well.

right now 4 hours a night i slowly killing me. hot sex does
work, but that's not always available. there's always
getting drunk for a quick fix, you'll either pass out of get
very sleepy since alcohol is a supresant.

although alcohol does work to help put you to sleep, maybe
you should try one of the things i suggested above. they
actaully work alot better than alcohol or chemical-drugs.

I was reading the book Insomnia by Stephen King for a period
(I stopped to continue reading the Wheel of Time series
which is AWESOME!!!) and in the book, the guy suffering from
insomnia stayed up to the time he usually woke up, like 2:00
in the morning at that point in the book... anyways, it said
that once the clock hit 2:00, his sleepiness just left
him... he was still tired, but not sleepy... I found that
pretty cool, not that I'd like to experience insomnia, but
it's pretty interesting...

insomnia is a bit of a cycle (i think i may have had it
mildly a few years back...but i dunno)
you realise that youre awake and its like, i dunno 3 or 4,
and then you get worried coz you need sleep, and this only
makes you more awake.

i have the same problem, i can never sleep!
it'll be like 4am, and i'll have skool at 9 the next
morning!

usually i'll get tired at like 5-6pm, but i never go to
sleep then, so i'll stay up then i won't be tired anymore at
like 12, when i try to sleep.
if that makes any sence.

right now i'm reallt tired though 'cause i got a cold and
the doctor gave me some crazy drugs.....actully, it's just
like dimeatap or something, but i seem to be halfway through
the bottle already :P

I kinda get like that when I have something important like

1/2 pill melatonin
2 to 3 caps valerian root
2 caps kava
1 vitamin b6 pill

take all these together and you will have the wildest, most

I usually have no problem sleeping, but last night my flat
mate was playing shitty dance music really loud. It wasn't
that late so I didn't want to ask him to turn it down. He
put some aphex twin on that I'd just given him and even
though it was a really noisy track I drifted off straight
away.
