look on her webpage theres sample versions of all the tracks i was intrigued when i heard it was coming out. it could/should be really beautiful. with a voice like hers, if the production & songwriting was up to scratch, it could have been one of 2003s must have records. her presence seemed to ground tricky on maxinquaye, give the album its accessibility & beauty & stop him disappearing up his own arse as seemed to more & more on every subsequent release, the less he worked with her. i havent listened to all of her lp, but something about it just didnt quite connect for me.. thats why i havent bought it. shame really. |

sounds good. i should hope tricky + martina meet up from time to time.. if only so tricky can see his daughter. i've only heard a couple of tracks (can't recall titles).. apparently its quite a varied record, genre-wise. what kind of sounds does ms bird play with? |

i dont think its that varied. Its got some nice mellow ones, and some rockier ones, and thats about all the variation. |
