My definiton of felch is not "ejaculating into someones anus then sucking out the semen." Mine is cooler. After a woman has been dead for a while you lay her down then take both hands and press down really hard on her stomach. This will cause her uterus, wall lining and other various bits of dead baby making organs to come oozing out. The act and the waste is felch.
