Clayhill Hall (650 places) Convenient for town centres and British Rail Station. A purpose built development of three-storey houses each accommodating 11 students who share the kitchen/communal area, bathroom and showers. All study bedrooms in these houses have their own hand basins/vanity units and there is a payphone in each house. An older and therefore budget hall, described by students as having a real sense of community. Central facilities include a Common Room with Satellite T.V. and video, vending machines, table tennis, a pool table, a Laundry and a sports field. Car parking is available to residents who may apply for a permit. Location: 20 minutes walk to Penrhyn Road and Knights Park. There is an Inter-site bus service. |
