I love the man and may he rest in peace! I had this really
cool teacher in high school that introduced me to him and
that sort of opened up the world of literature for me.
"Tales of ordinary madness" was the first one I read and I
guess it's a good introduction to Bukowski. Recommended!

Have you read the hilarious "Shakespear never did this",
Woofer? A sort of tour-novel with lots of photos and stuff?
If not, you should!

his books were fucking awesome, even though they were anti
climactical (word?). factotum was my favorite. his poetry is
absolute garbage. funny stand up routine.

he is one of the best writers of our modern times!, his
poetry is great too!

his book WOMEN was just a fuckin amazing read.

I disagree with you on his poetry being garbage. "The Days
Run Away Like Wild Horses over the Hills" has some
outstanding moments imo.... and what about "Love is a dog
from hell"? The title alone is great poetry!

i always see his books for sale but ive never read anything
by him. i will someday but i have to too much to read as it
