if Phobia got your money, then the Browse button is a grey box right above the reply button. If he didn't get your money and set the changes yet, you might not get to post pics yet. Give him a day or so. It's pretty obvious when you get the option to post pics. |

True... but this was sort of ruined because near the end of the game you could not drive around the area ran by the Mafia without getting killed.. a quick shotgun to the side of your car and you're dead.. whereas you can cruise around Vice City any time :) |
