this compilation is brilliant...he really has great taste
in music - actually pretty uncommon for a black dude...he
even picked couple of old punk tunes...

here's his comment on this compilation:
this is a mixture of stuff i grew up on and what im
listening to now - its a good cd to listen to while
travelling. i used to make loads of compilation tapes and i
just havent had time for years so this has been a real
pleasure.

im not a big fan of hip hop but that 3.tune eric b& rakim is
excellent, tho tricky apperantly doesnt think of it as hip
hop - here's his comment on that tune:
because of massive attack people probably think i listen to
a lot of hip hop, but i dont. rakim is a poet, not a
rapper."how can i keep my composure, when all sorts of
thoughts fought for exposure". he's a genius and maybe he
was too ahead of his time. "you wont get me now, you'll get
me later".

anyone else enjoying this one?

this compilation really flows brilliant...so many different
styles but it totally fits together
that cure song is awesome to play at the start!!!
